• A personalized layout and CAD floor plan

• Design presentation with mood board and two 2D design elevations

• Curated list of furniture, lighting, wall covering, window treatment, and accessories. Including a shopping list from U.S. retailers

• One round of revisions included ($49 for each additional revision)

• Custom furniture and window treatment design (available only for South Florida clients)

• 3D renders are also available for an additional fee.
