  • This phase sets the foundation for a personalized design experience. We start by understanding your unique style, needs, budget, and vision. We visit your space, ask questions, take detailed measurements, and discuss your priorities, lifestyle, and inspiration, ensuring every decision reflects you.

  • We create a custom design concept and space plan that includes furniture, lighting, and equipment (FF&E), as well as colors, materials, and finishes.

    To help you visualize the result, we provide 3D renderings and 2D wall elevations so you can see exactly how your new space will look and feel confident before moving forward.

  • We prepare and optimize your project budget, giving you access to trade discounts and exclusive benefits that are fully passed directly on to you.

    This phase ensures your investment is maximized and allocated effectively, achieving the best quality and design without unnecessary costs.

  • Once the design is approved, we develop detailed plans, from construction documents, spec sheets or procurement guides that guide the transformation and make collaboration with contractors, manufacturers and vendors seamless.

    This step prevents costly mistakes and ensures a smooth, efficient execution.

  • We oversee the full execution of your project from start to finish for a full turn-key experience. This includes coordinating storage, delivery, and installation, as well as managing contractors, builders, and vendors.

    Throughout the process, we provide ongoing communication, job site visits and regular updates to keep you informed and involved every step of the way.

  • Our design phase typically takes 2–4 weeks from the time you hire our services to the delivery of your final design for approval.

    Total project timelines vary based on scope and vendor lead times. Most full-service projects are completed within 2–6 months.

  • No. Our only compensation is on design fees.

    For projects where we manage purchasing, we charge a purchasing fee but pass along our trade discounts to you. In many cases, you’ll still pay less than retail even after our fee is applied.

  • Absolutely! Our goal is to design around your vision and style. If there are pieces you love and would like us to incorporate, we’ll be happy to work them into the design.

  • Yes. We will collaborate closely with your contractor, architect or builder throughout the project to ensure everything aligns with the design intent.
