Product sourcing, spec confirmation, order tracking, issue resolution and logistics coordination.

This phase sets the foundation for a personalized design experience. We start by understanding your unique style, needs, budget, and vision. We visit your space, ask questions, take detailed measurements, and discuss your priorities, lifestyle, and inspiration, ensuring every decision reflects you.

We create a custom design concept and space plan that includes furniture, lighting, and equipment (FF&E), as well as colors, materials, and finishes.
To help you visualize the result, we provide 3D renderings and 2D wall elevations so you can see exactly how your new space will look and feel confident before moving forward.

We help establish a realistic project budget that matches your goals, guide you on where to prioritize and allocate funds for the greatest impact, and identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising the overall design.
Through trusted vendor relationships and access to trade pricing, we help make the most of your investment while maintaining the quality and finish the project requires.

Once the design is approved, we develop detailed plans, including construction documents, spec sheets or procurement guides that guide the transformation and make collaboration with contractors, manufacturers and vendors seamless.
We partner with your General Contractor and/or Architect on this step to prevent costly mistakes and ensure a smooth, efficient execution.
If you don’t have a General Contractor we can refer you to companies we have worked with in the past.

We oversee the full execution of your project from start to finish for a full turn-key experience. This includes coordinating storage, delivery, and installation, as well as managing contractors, builders, and vendors.
Throughout the process, we provide ongoing communication, job site visits and regular updates to keep you informed and involved every step of the way.
Every detail is monitored to ensure your new space comes together beautifully and meets the highest standards.

Our design phase typically takes 2–4 weeks from the time you hire our services to the delivery of your final design for approval.
Total project timelines vary depending on the scope of work and vendor availability. Furnishing-only projects can take 1 to 6 months, while projects involving construction or custom millwork may take 6 to 12 months or even longer.

Absolutely! Our goal is to design around your vision and style. If there are pieces you love and would like us to incorporate, we’ll be happy to work them into the design.

No. Our only compensation comes from design fees.
For procurement and sourcing, we charge a separate procurement fee to cover time, coordination, logistics, quality control, and issue management.In addition, we pass along of our trade discounts and industry pricing, ensuring that even after our fee, the net pricing remains often in your favor and below retail.
