You’ll send images, a floor plan (or basic measurements), and a few style notes to help us understand your vision.

Step 3 – Meet Your Designer
Join a 45-minute video call with Lead Designer Arianna Castro to review your space, refine your goals, and align on direction.

Step 4 – Get Your Custom Design Plan
Within 5–10 business days, you'll receive a tailored design presentation with all the tools to bring it to life.

  • You’ll receive your full design package within 5–10 business days after your consultation. Multi-room projects may require additional time.

  • Yes. We ask for your budget upfront and use it as a guiding parameter for product selection. If needed, we’ll offer alternatives to meet your goals.

  • You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your consultation. After that, no refunds are offered — but one round of revisions is included in your package.

  • You’ll receive one photorealistic 3D render for the room of your choice. If you purchase three or more rooms, a second render is included.

  • It’s a 4-step process: fill out the form, send photos and measurements, meet with your designer via video call, and receive your full custom design in days.
