How can I pay?
After you fill the form on the website you’ll receive an email with all the information and link to schedule your consultation, and payment will be securely processed via credit card through Acuity during the scheduling process

Will I get measurements in my floor plans?
Because we don’t visit your home in person, our floor plans are based on the dimensions you provide and are meant as visual guides not construction drawings.

Will you stay within my budget?
We always ask for your budget up front and use it as a guiding parameter throughout the design process. From product selections to layout suggestions, every decision is made with your budget in mind — and we’ll be transparent if we think expectations need to be adjusted.

Can you recommend contractors?
If you're located in South Florida, we're happy to refer licensed contractors we've successfully worked with in the past. While we can’t guarantee availability, we only recommend professionals we trust.

Do you work with clientes outside the US?
We’re happy to work with clients outside the US. Please note that most product links will point to US retailers. We can work together to identify local alternatives if possible.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the design?
You may cancel your appointment for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. After that, no refunds will be given for any reason — including dissatisfaction with the design. One round of revisions is included to help refine the outcome.

What is the project timeline?
You’ll receive your full design package within 5–10 business days after your consultation. While delays are rare, this is an estimate — not a guarantee. If anything unexpected comes up, we’ll notify you promptly with an updated timeline. Multi-room purchases may require a bit more time.

What do I receive if I purchase multiple rooms
You’ll save $300 per additional room, get extra time on your consultation, and receive a complimentary second render when 3 or more rooms are purchased — plus, you’ll get a cohesive design approach that ties your entire home together.

Can I get a second consultation?
Can I get All packages includes one 45-minute consultation. If you'd like a second session, there is an additional fee of $150a second consultation?

What if I need help executing the design?
We provide all the visual tools and shopping links to help you implement the design on your own. If you need extra support, we can recommend local professionals in South Florida.

How many renders do I receive?
You’ll receive one photorealistic 3D render for the room of your choice. If you purchase 3 or more rooms, you’ll get a second render at no extra cost. Additional renders are available for an extra fee.

Can I choose which room gets the 3D render?
Yes — after your consultation, if you purchase more than one room, we’ll confirm which space you’d like rendered.

Do I own the design files?
Yes — once delivered, the designs are yours to use for your personal project. You may not resell or redistribute them. We may share visuals (like renderings, elevations, or moodboards) in our portfolio or marketing — never with your name or personal details.
